| July 1959 | Takasago Electric founded at 2-1 Itabashi-cho, Naka-ku, Nagoya. |

| January 1963 | Company name changed to Takasago Electric, Inc.with a corporate status. |
| April 1967 | Takasago Denki Shoji Co., Ltd. founded. |
| July 1967 | Office and the factory moved to new building built at 66 Kakitsubata, Narumi-cho, Midori-ku, Nagoya. |
| June 1975 | Additional building of clean room section as a dedicated workshop for inert solenoid valves for analysis and medical applications. |
| April 1980 | Solenoid valves with all PTFE wetted materials adopted by ISCO, Inc. (USA) and export to foreign countries commenced. |
| March 1990 | Capital increased with capital participation received from Nagoya Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co.,Ltd. |
| April 1994 | First overseas distributor established in the U.K. |
| January 1999 | Received Good Company Special Encouragement Award from The Medium and Small Business Research Institute. |
| September 1999 | Quality management system ISO 9001 certificate acquired |
| April 2000 | Authorized as a quality factory by HORIBA, Ltd. |
| September 2001 | Takasago Electric Co., Ltd. established in Hong Kong (Factory established in Shenzhen). |
| February 2002 | Shenzhen factoryoperation in Hong Kong commenced. |
| August 2003 | Certified by SONY Corporation as a Green Partner. |
| September 2003 | Participated in the establishment of Pico-Device Co. as a result of joint research with Nagoya Institute of Technology. |
| November 2003 | Takasago Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd established in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. |
| February 2006 | Shenzhen factory integrated to Takasago Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd |
| June 2007 | Selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as one of "300 of Japan's Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs" in 2007. |
