Piezoelectric Micro Pumps SDMP_D Series
Characteristics
This diaphragm isolated micro pump is driven by piezoelectric element and its driver board is built-in. It enables to deliver a constant flow rate by operating the pump with constant voltage and constant frequency signal generated by supply of a direct current voltage. The pump can be operated or stopped by by inputting an electrical signal into the pump control signal lines.
